Responsibilities and Duties
• Database collection, arranging the interview, tests, and recruitment.
• Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception.
• Maintaining Employee Database.
• Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
• Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
• Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to deal with people politely., Willingness to learn.
