Location: Pune, India (Office Based) Shift timing : 12:30 PM - 9:00 Pm Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Are you a HR Recruiter or Internal Recruiter looking for your next exciting opportunity? Due to expansion, we require additional support recruiting quality candidates and maintaining our constant development and progress. We are currently seeking for an experienced recruitment specialist to assist with the continuous growth of our company, and be able to concisely identify and cross-correlate the right candidates with the requirements of our business. We need someone with a high work-rate, where they can keep up with the recruitment needs of the company, as well as current and future projects. Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India. Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health, and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning. What your Day might look like Using your own initiative to predict staffing needs Collaborating with hiring managers to write engaging job ads for current openings Advertising job openings on a range of platforms, including LinkedIn and careers pages Determining qualification and skill criteria for current openings Screening CV's and applications and reach out to candidates Carrying out pre-screening interviews with potential candidates Evaluating candidate suitability based on performance Frequently reporting to hiring managers on recruitment status Providing interview feedback Helping to onboard new staff About you: Proven work experience with a solid understanding of internal recruitment Experienced in various interview formats with excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting end to end Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel, essential) Forward thinking and decisive with the ability to use initiative Organised and able to provide guidance to both staff and candidates Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset Superior written and verbal communications skills What in it for you? 28 Days Holiday including personal + company holidays Opportunities to progress Full Induction and Training As much tea and coffee you want!
