Job description Nature of Experience: Candidates must have exposure of end to end HR transactions and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment Using Sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Referral policy, IJPs, etc. to create a candidate pool Screening resumes & Performing in-person and phone interviews of candidates with the hiring panel Negotiation and closure of Offers and ensure joining of candidates through post-offer engagement Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Compensation & Payroll Processing, Compliance Driving the payroll processing and ensuring adherence as per the timeline Ensure filing of necessary documents to ensure adherence to certain statutory norms. E.g.
