Job description
Nature of Experience:
Candidates must have exposure of end to end HR transactions and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Using Sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Referral policy, IJPs, etc. to create a candidate pool
Screening resumes & Performing in-person and phone interviews of candidates with the hiring panel
Negotiation and closure of Offers and ensure joining of candidates through post-offer engagement
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Compensation & Payroll Processing, Compliance
Driving the payroll processing and ensuring adherence as per the timeline
Ensure filing of necessary documents to ensure adherence to certain statutory norms. E.g. PF, Gratuity
Grievance Resolution
Attend and resolve all grievances from employees and track major grievances at the corporate office
Employee Engagement
Generating creative ideas for boosting employee happiness in the workplace may involve redesigning the working space
Employee engagement norms and techniques to be prepared and roll out based on regional requirements
