Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for executing the full life cycle of managing, sourcing and hiring talent. Enable a positive hiring and administrative executive experience through proactive management of the hiring and selection process. In addition to Human Resource responsibilities, this person will be also responsible few administrative responsibilities.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must own laptop with Microsoft office during remote working
Reviews applications for completeness, generates offer letters, awaits offer acceptance notifications from the new hire or the recruiter, and initiates Pre-Employment steps including the background check and drug test
Solves problems and completes work by utilizing training, knowledge, tools, reports and analytical skills.
Works in a high volume transaction and pressure environment with minimal supervision
Utilizes organizational systems and Microsoft Office suite to maintain accurate and complete documentation of actions and tasks completed.
Maintains confidentiality of information and only view need to know information
Performs job duties while maintaining a high level of customer service
Processing and completing onboarding tasks to ensure all requirements are documented and completed.
Answering a broad range of questions related to the Onboarding process and administrative compliance
Partners with customers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Management to successfully onboard candidates in a timely fashion as well as meet regulatory and company requirements.
Processes new hires, re-hires, career initiated transfers, and college interns
Communicates Onboarding requirements to new-hires and/or transferring employees, managers, and recruiters, through many methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years' of experience in HR and administrative functions. Will consider agile freshers with good communication skills.
BBA for marketing position
Ability to abide by the assigned work schedule and work a variety of shifts to support business needs across multiple time zones
Sourcing candidates from various job boards
Screening candidates. Interview scheduling.
Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants
Engaging with candidates/ offer management /pre-onboardings
Centralized Employee Data Management
Handling Payroll and compliance basics
Employee Grievance Handling basics
Framing/ Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs
Required Candidate profile
Soft Skills:
Superior written and verbal Communication and Interaction skills (English)
Superb Analytics/ logical reasoning abilities
Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
Should be able to work independently.
Demonstrated management presentation abilities
Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills
