Looking for HR Executive on urgent basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings).
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Use skill assessments and tests to screen candidates.
Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Organize employee engagement activities
Update and track of admin sheets
Assist senior HR for generalist work.
Provide administrative support to the HR
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Should have excellent communication skills.

Should be able to multitask.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
