Handle employee grievances and provide support during probationary period.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through effective people strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR operations or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of Recruitment, HR administration, coordination, and generalist activities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of HR software systems.
