Qualification: MBA HR
Position- Sr. HR Executive
Work from Office- 3 days a week (mandatory)
Preferred Location- Pune
Immediate joiners preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Human Resources Executive to ensure that the HR processes are carried on smoothly and effectively.
The Sr. Executive must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mind set.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
Handling end to end PAN India recruitment lift-cycle
Individually recruit for all open positions
Responsible for screening of resumes from job portals & internal references
Recruitment vendor management
2. HR Operations:
Pre & Post joining formalities as per company standards
Induction & Orientation
Issuing Offer/Appointment letters
BGV checks
Maintain employee database
Employee grievances
Ex-employee verification
Coordinate & arrange for employee engagement activities
Handle the HR internal portal for any new changes
Employee probation confirmation process
Assistance to employee leaves, regularization & Attendance
Exit formalities, issuing Relieving letter and all other letters
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Knowledge and sound experience in data analysis and reporting
3. Other MIS:
HR Audits
MIS to respective teams
Medical policy data

Should have good communication skills written & verbal
Excellent in planning and interpersonal skills
Zeal to learn new things & implementing the same
