Job Title: HR Executive (2-5 Years of Experience)
Location - Pune
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of proven experience in recruitment and a deep understanding of the hiring process. This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to source, screen, and hire top talent for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility with the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in the role.
Administer pre-employment assessments or tests as required.
Interviewing:
Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Provide a positive candidate experience by offering feedback and maintaining open communication.
Reference Checking:
Verify candidate references and employment history to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Offer Management:
Work with the HR team and hiring managers to prepare and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate offers and secure candidate acceptances.
On boarding:
Assist in the on boarding process by ensuring that all required documentation and background checks are completed.
Coordinate new employee orientation and introductions.
Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and interview data.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Recruitment Strategy:
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
3-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
