Key Responsibilities:
Execute End to End recruitment cycle.
JD and skill set preparation
Job posting on various job boards
Solicit top talent using all mediums possible including LinkedIn
Basic Screening (Matching our min. requirements)
Select resumes for online test
Screening based on performance in online test
Select resumes for in persononline interview
Schedule in persononline interview
Conduct in persononline interview with practical test (project)
Grade A: Skills we definitely work with
Grade B: Skills we can work with
Grade C: Reject
Issue confirmation or rejection letters
Handhold candidate through the induction training
Work closely with team lead ensuring successful on-board of candidate
Process all HR related queries and documentation of our team members
Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels
Qualification :
MBA in HR
3+ years of HR work experience
Strong evidence of superior performance in previous roles
Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal, written English and HindiMarathi skills
The keen understanding of business goals and requirements
A true hands-on approach
Demonstrated experience driving processes. Passion for innovative HR solutions;
Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects, drive execution and achievement of the results
Demonstrated success in HR related public relations
The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload
