Job description
Ledger Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR and Office Administrator with experience of 0-3 years of experience. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, and proactive candidate with an analytical mind to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment: Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals, Professional Sites, Databases, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations, and referrals. Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement. Handling end-to-end recruitment.
2. Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave Management.
3. Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain HR policies and procedures.
4. Documentation: Creation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter, maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
5. Employee engagement and welfare activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, multitasking ability, time management skill, quick learner, and team working ability.
3. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and non-IT roles.
Note: Preferably looking for female candidates.
