Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and responsible for assigned Recruitment by implementing, maintaining and enhancing concepts, tools and procedures.
Ensure that Recruitment supports the company's wider objectives and strategy.
Recruitment will typically be comprised of many varying tasks, procedures and decisions and the Specialist manages the area alone.
Advises and guide the HR Manager on matters related to the Recruitment.
Advise line managers and employees on matters related to the Recruitment & other relevant HR areas, as well as HR colleagues or other parties, and is seen as the expert in the field within the local company.
Advise or present to the Company Management team on matters related to the Recruitment.
Initiates and runs related projects to develop or enhance the area of Recruitment, within the HR department or across functions.
Keeps informed of developments in the professional field, works with the region and is aligned with any Group directions within the area.
Addition to Recruitment also perform responsibilities of Training, Employee Engagement Activity, Monthly Reports, etc.
Hands-on experience on HR ERP like Workday, SAP, etc.
Qualifications:
Academic degree (Bachelor and /or Masters degree)
4-7 years of relevant work experience
Active supporter of Jotun values.
