Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of all frontline responsibilities related to Human Resources.
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%).
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level / Sr Level / Leadership hiring.
- Maintain employee files, preparation of letters, database management etc.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Develop pool of qualified candidates.
- Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn,Facebook, Free Job Sites etc).
- MS Excel - Advanced.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum direct supervision or guidance from others. - Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Should be able to capture and maintain data.
- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented.
- Dynamic individuals with a zeal to succeed and achieve targets.
- Eye for detail & Grievance handling.
- Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate/Banking).
