Job description
Play the role of HR Business partner and effectively implement the HR strategy across all functions.
o Strengthen the Talent Management process within the company focusing on quality of talent impacting synergies of decisions and actions.
o Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion.
o Periodically review organization structure for consistency with companys strategy and efficacy of outputs.
o Develop recruitment and retention strategies that create a pipeline of talent for succession.
o Effectively drive the succession management process of the company.
o Develop a comprehensive leadership capability building plan focusing a robust approach and effectiveness.
o Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent related issues
o Manage the organization s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization s policies and standards
