Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, Hindi.
A first class graduate with inclination in IT Recruitment.
Should possess excellent work ethics and a "can-do" attitude.
Drive energy and initiative with proven ability to respond to challenges within the workplace in an innovative and practical manner.
Effective team building, relationship management & interpersonal skills.
Immediate Joiner / Currently serving notice period candidates are given with first preference.
A minimum commitment of 2 Yrs is mandatory.
Responsibilities :
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Recruit candidates from various portals and online channels.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Co-ordinate with Employees and Managers for travel planning, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings etc
Coordinating with Team leads and Management in requirement gathering.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board by proving the required training.
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Completing daily reports on employment activity.
Support the Business Managers to effectively manage their respective teams to ensure higher employee productivity.
Performing reference and background checks.
Flexibility in traveling (within & outside Pune).
Responsible for the general maintenance of office facilities, Verification of Phone, Courier Bills, vendor Management, Travel and boarding arrangements
Inventory management, handling short and long term maintenance of hardware and handling minor repairs on a priority basis.
Keeping an updated employee handbook with all the relevant details and information.
Petty cash and Vendor Management
Preparation of Petty Cash book on weekly basis and monthly expenses sheet.
Preparing the GST, TDS and Professional Tax forms for monthly filling.
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and working on new tasks
