Job description
Coordination with the management and drafting the JD s for the Open positions.
Working through internal references, existing database and consultants to close the open positions
Coordination for interview with the Managers and consultants. Issuing the Application Forms, collecting employee documents
Coordinating with consultants till the closure of the position and cross check the invoice from the consultant against the CTC of the candidate, approval from management and coordinate with Accounts team
Induction and collection of documents from the New Employee and making his File in the Soft and Hard copy.
2. Employee Engagement
Implementation of various Employee Engagement activities across the vertical - (on floor activities like, fun at work place, management quiz etc. celebrating various festivals).
3. Assisting the Manager and HR team in following points.
Assisting in drafting letters, emails to internal as well as external parties.
Assisting in day to day coordination with HR team for day to day work.
Prepare Confirmation Letter, Appointment Letter, Full and Final documentation and maintain the same.
