Job description
We (VIVO) are immediate hiring for an Executive HR (Operations)
Must Have:
Strong communication
MBA/ MPM/ PGDM in HR (Regular Degree)
Not more than 28 years of age. Only Male candidates.
At least 1+ years of experience.
Preferred Service / Product Industry
They are energetic and passionate to new things & innovation.
Looking for candidates only from these industries - Mobile/ Telecom/ Product/ Service/ Consumer Durables/ Electronics industry.
NOTE: Please avoid sharing profiles from Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in HR activities including:
Payroll
PMS
Attendance Management
Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
