Creating an environment of open communication.
Promote equality and diversity as part of the organization culture
Liaising with Colleges for Promotion and hiring of Candidates
Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost - which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Conducting Employee Engagement Activity
Administer payroll and maintain employee records
Maintaining all the HR records related to leave, PF, etc.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Organizing important events of the organization.
Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
Providing counseling on policies, procedures, company benefits, and Stress Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters or bachelors in human resources management.
IT and numeracy skills, with strong IT skills required in managing/operating payroll and benefits systems
Strong leadership skills.
Teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate well with others
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good people skills
