Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure new employee forms are completed and received in a timely manner
Maintain employee digital folders
Maintain up-to-date US org charts. Also include them in the global organization structure
Ensuring employee information is up to date in employee digital folder
Complete employee verification requests from 3rd parties
Process background checks, proactively maintaining close contact with employment verification company, following up daily on background status
Review background check discrepancies with HR Director
Assist with reviewing and obtaining approval, for HR invoices
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices as needed
Answer requests from 3rd party HR vendors
Assist in welcoming new hires
Help gather documentation for special projects (i.e.: employee visa application paperwork)
Coordinate with 3rd party HR vendors to gather any information needed for quotes, etc.
Assist in employee requests on basic information on the payroll and benefits portal(s)
Keep PTO tracking updated weekly
Provide employees with vacation balance, when requested
Help with policy creation and maintenance
Benefits administration
Assist during benefits enrollment period, following up daily with employees to ensure successful enrollment
Assist employees in answering benefit plan-related questions
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in HR preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Curiosity to learn
Experience with MS, computers
Willing to work US hours (7pm IST to 4am IST)
