Job description
Responsibilities
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Assessing the CVs and conducting HR rounds
Sourcing of CVs from Job portals , lining up interviews with Technical panel
Taking Care of Salary Negotiation, Offer Generation.
Taking care of the Pre on boarding formalities of new joiners
Coordinating with our IT team for Email ID creation prior to DOJ.
On Date of joining, assisting new joiners to complete their on boarding
Formalities and issuing appointment letter followed by orientation session.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Requirements and skills
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
