Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely payment to employees.
Coordinate talent acquisition activities such as employee referrals, internal job postings, and external advertising campaigns.
Ensure seamless execution of HR operations including joining formalities, induction programs, performance appraisals, attendance tracking, leave administration, exit formalities.
Develop and implement effective HR policies aligned with company goals.
