KRAs :
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition - Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans. Handle entire recruitment cycle, conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Revamp the interview process, selection criteria and applicant communication plan
Create and publish job ads in various portals, Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events, Research into competitors and marketplace. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees, Screen resumes and job applications, Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates, Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive), Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire, Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys, Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

HRMS integration, Payroll Implementation and maintenance
Disciplinary Course of Action and settlement
Liasoning with Legal Vendor and Government Officials
Maintain employee files and records.
Looking after all Payroll and Compliances
Admin responsibilities - Office Admin (Stationery, General Maintenance and hygiene)
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree, HR degree or equivalent experience in HR. (5-6 years)
ISO Implementation experience will be an added advantage
Should have knowledge of Labour Laws and Wages act
Excellent active listening, negotiation & presentation skills.
Strong decision-making, analytical, problem solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people management skills.
