The position is also responsible for execution of HR iniatives, building employee relations capability and enabling management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initatives. The main missions of the role are: Preparing daily/ monthly / annual HR-MIS Responsible for all human resource activities to include Salary computation & Payrollprocessing, Employee relations, benefits, training and development. Keep a track of all the HR Data Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and vendor. Compliance to regulatory audits concerns and HR reporting Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of employee grievances and inquiries. Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems. Develop and recommend operating processes and procedural improvements. Other duties as assigned by HR Head performance management and Individual improvement systems; policy development suggestions to HR Head and documentation; employee relations; company-wide committee facilitation; company employee communication Speak” organization and co-ordination; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health employee services and counseling. Employee Engagement Implementation & release of calendar Arranging for an Industrial visit as part of the Induction Payroll & Compliance Specialist Payroll processing including leave management Liase with country payroll team HR Administration and Record Keeping Data base management Exit formalities & FNF for all employees Perform other special projects as assigned other position appropriate venues. Absconding employees follow up Leave management for payroll Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: qualified HR professional (MBA, MPM) Experience Fresher - 3-5 years of relevant experience Skills and competencies High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player. Good listener and highly positive.
