Roles and Responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties: Support all human resource activities for the company. The position is also responsible for execution of HR iniatives, building employee relations capability and enabling management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initatives. The main missions of the role are: Preparing daily/ monthly / annual HR-MIS Responsible for all human resource activities to include Recruitment, Salary computation & Payroll processing, Employee relations, benefits, training and development, Immigration, PMS . Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job descriptions, job evaluation systems (Job profiling) . Prepare, process and distribute payroll. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers. Work with Labour office and consultants to keep a check on Statutory compliances . Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting (eg contract etc); Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of employee grievances and inquiries. Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems. Develop and recommend operating processes and procedural improvements. Other duties as assigned by HR Head performance management and Individual improvement systems; policy development suggestions to HR Head and documentation; employee relations; company-wide committee facilitation; company employee communication “Speak” organization and co-ordination; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health employee services and counseling. Statutory Compliances updates Maintenance of Leave Records and Payroll Insurance follow ups and settlement of claims Absconding cases follow up Employee Engagement Implementation & release of calendar Handling Campus Recruitment
