Job description Job Description: As an HR Executive for our Manufacturing Company, you will be responsible for managing the overall human resources functions of the organization. You will be responsible for recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a passion for human resources, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing HR functions in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives. Manage the recruitment and selecion process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including employment contracts, leave entitlements, and workplace health and safety. Maintain HR records, including employee data, attendance, and performance evaluations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR functions in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
