Roles and Responsibilities :
Candidate should be fully conversant with the recruitment cycle from sourcing and retention to exit interview. This includes being able to work with internal hiring managers to understand the true requirements of open positions, developing appropriate job descriptions, conducting initial interviews and developing programs to retain existing employees.
Candidate will be responsible for hiring employees with varied experience levels and must have the ability to identify job seekers with good communication skills and can think for themselves.
Additionally the candidate will be responsible for forming a HR team and help formulate and implement company policies.
