Manage the payroll and personnel functions of the organization,
including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel
record-keeping.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll and personnel records.
Maintain employee information in internal databases and ensure
accuracy of information in payroll system.
Review payroll and personnel documents and reports for accuracy.
Prepare and submit payroll taxes and other related financial reports.
Monitor changes in payroll and personnel regulations and ensure
compliance with all applicable laws.
Analyze payroll and personnel data and provide recommendations for
improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and
procedures.
Monitor employee vacation, sick, and other leave requests.
Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll and personnel
issues.
