JOB DESCRIPTION- HR Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive-Generalist
Openings-3 (HR Generalist-1 , Assitant Manager-HR Ops - 1,Executive-Operations-1)
Primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
Initiate and lead human resource programs , projects and be the primary person for payroll processing,
including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking
vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations,
and benefit changes
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Design, plan and execute employer
branding activities
Would be responsible for the entire life-cycle of recruitment across levels, including strategy, sourcing,
short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling and negotiation.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relationships and ensure an
amazing work experience for every Employee from hire to exit
Coordinate with hiring managers(Internally and at Client location) to identify staffing needs
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Business Development, Operations, Sales &
Marketing, etc. to drive the project to conclusion
Resolve projects bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around
performance management
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, including entering data into HR
information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Desired candidate profile
Working knowledge of Collaboration tools and Project management tools
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Google sheets.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently.
