Job description
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR data management.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and completing all necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by coordinating performance evaluations, tracking employee performance metrics, and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence and presentations.
Assist in organizing employee events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
Qualifications:
Masters degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
