Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties
Update company policies and ensure legal compliance
Responsible for Reimbursement Management
Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
Gather payroll data (Attendance, Leaves, etc) and process the companys monthly payroll
Maintain internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Manage and process internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and social events.
Prepare and submit HR, Payroll and Office reports
Manage Housekeeping for office and assembly
Nurture a positive working environment
Assisting Accounting & Admin Manager with legal compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Labour inspector, Fire, etc)
Coordinate in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Support in creating and implementing effective onboarding and offboarding plans
Assist in developing training and development programs
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience in Human Resources or Office Administration
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
People-oriented and results-driven
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
