Roles and Responsibilities
Support HR leaders on internal employee engagement and related interventions to inspire and engage employees. This will involve supporting seniors in their communication efforts in keeping all the functions informed of updates and changes in consistent and engaging ways.
Supporting HR leaders in recruiting, onboarding & Induction of new hires. Further, Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to the new joinee & existing members.
Create Job definitions as per the competency metrics for all the levels & grades.
Managing all the data, creating and maintaining HR dashboards & performing relevant analysis.
Providing tactical HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders to turn business strategy into value driven business practices towards results.
Support in some of the key business partner initiatives for the year and projects around talent management and creating and enabling a high-performance culture.
Support on Payroll and related administrative inputs over HRMS during salary period.
Required Skills :
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's business, hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, presentation & Problem-solving skills.
Excellent execution Skills and meticulous attention to details.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
