Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for taking care of file management, etc., and other activities as per the direction of the reporting person.
Utilizes administrative tasks and meet the other needs of the organization.
Handle HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Manage and implement HR projects related to his/her areas of skills and expertise.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Responsible for daily updating of Attendance and Leaves, Onboarding activities, updating of Employee files and Issuing ID cards to all workers.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Good knowledge of excel and power point presentation
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Updating company policies periodically
Managing annual leave records
Conducting monthly reviews of each salesperson
Analyzing sales and stock statements
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Must have knowledge of Office Administration.
Proficient in Computer Skills.
Experience 5+ years.
Good Communication both verbal and written is mandatory.
