Job Description:
Docplexus continues to grow and expand, in a strategic and innovative manner. Hence, we seek an amazing knockout HR Executive to join a dynamic team.
This position requires a responsible and mature professional with the right energy and zeal to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and adherence of different teams to our HR-based policies and procedures, systems, and processes and drive talent excellence through recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, vendor management. And of course, doing it all with a smile.
If you are someone who is self-driven, competent with requisite skills, passionate about your work, requires minimal guidance, and has total ownership of task completion with all due responsibility, with a consistent ability to prioritize, manage various activities deftly, be people-oriented but also pragmatic and supportive of business, you are a true bundle of goodies for us!
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Experience in conducting employee engagement activities
Excellent verbal and written communication
A keen understanding of all the roles within the organization
Proficiency in managing MS- Office
Agile and fast-paced

High level of integrity and stability

Minimum of a Masters's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
