Job description 1. Communication of Decision Channel should be 2. Employee Grievance Channel Should be 3. Monthly One to one meeting with all employees to know about their grievance and suggestions. 4. Communicating Grievance and suggestions of employees to management. Recruitment Process: - Manpower Planning- 1. To know & Study goal and objectives of the organization periodically 2. Forecasting of manpower requirement. 3. Prepare and mentioned manpower inventory. 4. Identification of manpower Gap 5. Acting plan to Bridge the gap. (Recruitment or retrenchment) Recruitment & Selection Process- 1. Placing advt. in new papers or job portals if required. 2. Screening the resumes. 3. Calling shortlisted resumes for the interview. 4. Conduct primary test 5. Conduct primary interview 6. Technical round 7. Final Interview round with director. 8. Final HR round for Payment settlement. On-boarding & Induction- 1. Introduce new joiner with Rules and regulations 2. Clarification about his roles and expectations 3. Introducing about formal and informal organizational norms. 4. Formal induction to organization. 5. Other required process. (Bio matrix. Seating desk, login, google hangout, verification of his documents etc.) 6. Issuing of Offer letter and Appointment letter. 7. Communicating company policies to the employee. Probation & Confirmation- 1. Monthly performance review of new joiner. 2. Quarterly performance review of new joiner. 3. Decision about confirmation of employee. 4. Confirmation letter to employee Employee Retention & Engagement- HA Policies & Processes- 1. Review, update and maintain HA policies. 2. Update HA process timely. Employee Engagement- 1. To see to it no employee is seating ideal or doing work under excessive pressure. 2. Conduction of Weekly and monthly spectrum of life activities. 3.Celebration and conduction of other activities for employees growth and happiness Reward & Recognition- 1. Monthly, half yearly and yearly performance review 2. Shortlisting candidates for awards 3. Awarding employees with awards Performance Management System- Design & maintain a formal process for Performance Planning – Reports – Generate and update performance appraisal forms and process. Performance Review- 1. Set performance targets. 2. Communicate it with employees. 3. Measure actual performance. 4. Compare actual with set targets. 5. Apprise employee based on the difference between set and actual performance. Retention of employees 1. Understand and Solve grievance of employees 2. Invite for their suggestions. 3. Involve them in decision making 4. Employee satisfaction survey HR Software Implementation 1.On boarding of Employee 2.Payroll process of the month Training & Development Process- Training needs assessment- 1. Find out training needs with the help of Performance Appraisal form 2. Find out the type of training employee needed. Training & Development 1. Arrangement and conduction of training program Leadership Development- 1. Arrangement of soft skills training programs. 2. Arrangement of Motivation and Leadership lectures or activities. Career Planning & Development- 1. Promotion and increment on basis of PA Exit Process - Design & maintain a smooth exit process 1. Acceptance of resignation letter/ application 2. Communication of employee’s intention of resignation to management. 3. Acceptance of resignation. 4. Track on Notice period serving and pending work of employees 5. Reliving letter to employee after completion of notice period. 6. Full and final settlement Other – 1. Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the directors. 2.
