Job description
Role & responsibilities :
Onboarding a new hire, update the MIS with required data and issue appointment letter.
Manage background checks Cybage as well client mandated checks.
Update HR clearance, tracking final settlement, and issue relieving letter etc.
Ensure data used for appraisal is correct and support employees on appraisal related queries.
Engage employees on Maternity Leave and enable them with required inputs. Keep stake holders informed on related updates.
Mandatory skills:
Understanding of the processes involved in onboarding new hires, induction and orientation, and exit formalities.
Familiarity with MS Office and systems used for HR management.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with employees, stakeholders, and external parties.
Collaborating within a team and working with various departments to achieve HR objectives.
Good to have skills:
Understanding of applicable labor laws like S&A, CLRA etc.
Ability to analyze HR data (macros, VB tools etc.)
