Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Induction
To complete joining formalities and induct the new recruits
Manage personal filling along with him
Perform Back ground verification activities
Conduct Weekly Getting Started Session
Recording and maintenance of attendance and leaves for employees in Globla View
Timely and accurate salary processing
MIS & HR Record Keeping–
Monthly MIS updates to management on all HR functions and the deliverables
Maintain HR Database
HR Policies –
Develop new policies in co-ordination with management and review the existing
policies from time to time.
Claim Processing –
Employee Claim processing on time as per company policies
Manage Monthly input for Insurance Additions & Deletions with help of broker.
Manage Employee Insurance Claims and renewal of existing policies
Prepare Insurance MIS on monthly basis
Statutory Compliances –
Adhere to the timely statutory compliance without defaults
Employee Engagement –
Organize Employee recreation activities through internal and external events
Exit Formalities –
Conduct exit interviews and complete the relieving formalities.
Share input to Country Payroll team on timely basis.
Manage all HR Audits
To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management
To process and close payroll every month end
To report month end headcounts.
To comply with monthly statutory compliances
The main missions of the role are:
To ensure smooth functioning of the company by facilitating and co-ordinating
Human Resource activities
Awarness of QMS policy & process.
Ensuring all work process & procedures are in line with QMS objectives &
reporting any incident of deviation from QMS.
