Generating and maintaining HR MIS data and create report for management decisions.
Coordination for salary processing.
Coordination for all Statutory payments including PF, PT, ESI etc
To work closely in Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities
Joining formalities and coordination of Induction/ orientation and feedback.
Maintain HR policies, processes and updation whenever necessary.
