Job description
1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, Consultants.
2. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
4. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
5. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Educational Skills required :
Graduate
MBA - HR (Preferred)
Experience required: 4 to 6 years in recruitment of engineering profiles.
