Designation: HR Executive (80% Recruitment & 20% Generalist role)
Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA in HR Preferred
Experience: 2 to 3 years experience
Location: Pune, Koregaon Park
Job description
1. Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Monitoring the vacancy need for the organization.
3. Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization.
4. Utilize and manage maximum sources like agencies, job portals and employee referrals for the current and future openings.
5. Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and shortlisting candidates for the final interview with the SD.
6. Assessing applicants knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
7. Coordinating and scheduling final interview of the candidate with the SD.
8. Follow up with both the candidate and internal team to schedule interview.
9. Doing verification and other formalities before the joining of the candidates.
10. Competing paper work for new hire.
11. Maintaining HRIS on weekly, monthly, basis and providing recruitment report to reporting manager.
12. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
13. Attendance to be prepared for the Site Staff.
14. Exit interviews and exit formalities to be conducted.
15. Addressing the employee grievances and resolving the same on priority.
Note:
Required Male candidates for this role.
Candidates who have experience into Facility Management industry preferred.
