Job description
Proven experience in end to end recruitment.
Organize Campus drives and Summer Internship Programs.
Ability to work in a high volume and niche requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems.
Experience in sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms, (e.g.Naukri, LinkedIn etc).
Conduct employee onboarding, joining formalities and help organize training development initiatives.
Documentation of new joiners, preparing joining documents.
Coordinate with bank representatives, to create new salary accounts for new joiners and assisting in payroll activities.
Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires.
Conduct Employee Engagement Activities to develop positive work culture in workplace.
Skills Abilities:
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Good organizational skills.
Knowledge of technology trends, compensation and benefits.
Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old problems.
Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization.
Exceptional negotiating skills with internal and external candidates.
Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
