Position: HR Executive
Experience: min: 6 months
CTC: Hike on current
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Conduct effective employee induction programs to ensure smooth on boarding for new hires.
Oversee attendance tracking and management, including leave approvals and timekeeping.
Handle employee exit formalities, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills is must
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
