Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition/Recruitment: Responsible for the entire recruitment process from the Job Evaluation, Making of Job Descriptions, Sourcing of Candidates, conducting of Interviews, Salary Fixation and negotiations with Candidates. Get the MRFs raised by the respective Process owner / Head, HR Head and maintain an MRF tracker with all necessary information of the position. Post MRF is approved Handle End-to-End recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Interview travel & reimbursement, Assessment form, Documentation, Negotiation and offer release. Joining formalities of employees, Maintenance of Database, Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, any change in letters If required etc.. Conducting the Induction of New Join employees, Creating employee ID, Coordinating with Admin for ID & Access Cards issuing, Visiting Cards etc. Providing input for payroll of new joinee such as employees master and salary earning heads. Establish a proven process for recruiting the right person for the right job at the right time. Maintaining Recruitment MIS for selected candidates till on boarding with regular follow up with all locations. Exit Management - Conducting Exit interviews, Retention of employee, follow up with HO till complete exit of employee. 2. Training & Development: Identifying employees needs and providing them Training accordingly. Conducting Induction Training Program. Updating employees Training Schedule periodically. Evaluate the competency/skill level of Professional/Hourly employees and identify the training needs. Plan the monthly/annual training calendar based on the Competency/Skill Matrix and HODs recommendations. Coordinate between faculty & participants for conducting training program. Conduct training as per training calendar to enhance efficiency in operations towards accomplishment of the plant objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training along with line managers and ensure ROI. 3. Employee Engagement: Engaging with employees on a frequent basis, so as to know their morale towards work. Motivate employees to do even better and maintain office decorum. Celebration of Event/ Festival as per the Annual Event Calendar & Monthly Birthday Celebration. Organizing various events for employee rewards & recognition as a part of employee motivation. Coordination for the meetings of various committees such as Cultural & Festival, transport, Open house etc. Devise methods and processes for better employee evaluation and suggest best recognition systems. 4. Quality Management Systems: Coordination with MR for ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & 14001 etc. Desired Candidate Profile HR Degree (MBA_HR) or equivalent experience in HR/MPM ( 00 to 02 Years). Female Candidate Only. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory. Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
