Roles and Responsibilities
1. End to end recruitment & selection which includes:
Sourcing, hunting & screening for suitable profiles as per JD of the open position from various job portals & social media like Linked in.
Conducting first level of interviews with the candidates;
Scheduling interviews with the concerned technical recruiter.
Preparing and executing psychometric tests for selected profiles
Coordinate for background verification of the selected candidates.
Maintaining recruitment database and trackers for future references precisely.
Preparing various letters like Offer letter, Appointment letter, NDA, NCA etc.
2. Joining and on boarding formalities of the new joinees:
Documents collection and record keeping of documents before and after joining of the selected candidates.
Maintaining Employee Personal folders and employee master up to date all time.
Coordinating for training of new joinees as per requirement.
Coordinating for induction of new joinees with all Chakr team members
Coordinating for Buddy programme and Founders meeting with the new joinees.
Preparing & providing Joining kit to new joinee and make all other resources available to him in coordination with Executive - HR & Admin.
3. Supporting HR & admin team in other day to day HR & Admin activities whenever required.
4. Coordinating for training arrangements and documentations as per ISO standards.
5. Updation of all databases with the new joiners details.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have completed MBA HR
Understanding of basic technicalities of positions.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment & selection procedure.
Fluent in English.
Negotiation & convincing power.
MS Excel
Basic understanding of training & development procedure.

Chakr Innovation is a company founded by graduates from IIT Delhi who have developed a solution to control emissions from diesel generators. The technology can capture over 80% of particulate matter being emitted from diesel generators which has been tested by IIT Delhi and labs recognized by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). We have grown from 2 founders to a team of over 75 full time employees now. We have set up our first manufacturing unit in Pune spread over 25,000 square feet. We have some of the largest corporations in India as our clients including Reliance Industries, Tata, Titan, Mahindra, Asian Paints, Toshiba, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Kelloggs, Indian Oil Corporation, HPCL, BPCL, Indian Army and many more. Chakr Innovation has been recognized and awarded by United Nations Environment, Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), IIT Delhi, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and multiple other national and international institutions. We have raised our Series-B of funding in November.2021 led by Neev-II fund.
