Roles and Responsibilities
1. Head Hunting of IT & Operation recruitment. ( On roll + temporary)
2. Maintain recruitment tracker sheet in excel and reporting.
3. Manage Salary Negotiations, Offer Letter and other office internal correspondence.
4. Manage Onboarding, Joining and Induction of New Joinees
5. Support to prepare attendance and payroll. (On roll + temporary)
6. Execute and build Employee engagement activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be Proficient on HR Processes and a working knowledge of labour laws / compliances. Some training investment will be made however a keen approach to build a career in HRM is necessary.
Qualification : BBA / MBA in HR
Experience : 1 -2 years
Well versed with excel including functional formulas and conditional formulas

In India we are based in Pune which is a Global Manufacturing Site (GMU) . The site has functions of Sales / Service / R&D and operations which cater to the growing Indian landscape as well as is an EOU for multiple technologies
