Job Title: HR - Intern
Function: Human Resources and Admin
Location: Pune
Reporting to: Manager - HR
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for executing tasks as assigned around all key areas in the Human Resources function like Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Career Development for all employees.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in recruitment processes, such as resume screening and interview coordination.
2. Supporting HR recordkeeping and documentation.
3. Assisting in onboarding processes for new hires.
4. Participating and helping in coordinating for employee engagement initiatives.
5. Assisting in HR-related projects and initiatives.
6. Assist in HR Operations as per task assigned
7. Help and assist in maintaining Leave & attendance records for all employees.
10. Support to Front Desk Officer in their daily operations.
11. Develop, Maintain, and ensure adherence to HR Systems and processes.
12. Help inexecuting any trainings mentioned in the Learning and Development calendar.
13. Offer help when required in resolving employee grievances or concerns
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Qualifications
Essential : Graduate - Any course/ specialization in HR
Essential : Minimum 0-1 years of experience
