Role & responsibilities
Responsible for international and domestic Recruitment.
Screening & Short-listing Resumes.
Arranging / Co-ordinating Interviews of suitable candidates.
Negotiations on Offer, Notice Period etc. Complete all the HR operational activities
In addition play crucial role of HR analyst in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.
Handling Employee Engagement Activities.
Maintaining all the trackers, Updating all relevant trackers.
End to End Joining formalities: Organizational announcement, Cross functional introduction etc.
Handling HRBP activities of the Organization.
Overlooking and ensuring smooth handling of queries of the back office, plant, sales professionals
Maintain smooth communication channel with all the stakeholders
Completing Onboarding & Joining Formalities within the timeline i.e.: Documentation, Induction, Health Check-ups, allotment of Work-Stations, Laptops etc.
Ensure issuance of other requisite Credentials like Employee Id, Bank Account, Id Cards etc.,
Maintain and update Employee Personal Files & Records for Audit & Compliance.
Maintaining trackers for the same
Conduct reference check for New Joinees
Sharing Organizational announcement with Company employees
Coordinating with consultants as per requirement
Support HR Operations as and when required.
