The company BHS Corrugated India Pvt Ltd, based in Pune is established since 2011 as a subsidiary of BHS Corrugated, Germany. Your future responsibilities include:
Responsible to work on the regular recruitment process (IT & Engineering) including the initial sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
Responsible for working closely with all the global stakeholders for end to end hiring support to all the subsidiaries of BHS globally.
Responsible to work and handle the online Applicant Tracking system (ATS) for managing the entire Hiring process for the company independently.
Responsible for completing the onboarding of the new hires both online and offline along with managing Employee files, database & Documents as per company Policy on the GreytHR & HRMS System.
Responsible for helping to implement the HR polices time to time in the company.
Will be responsible to maintain the office administration work, including the maintenance of office infrastructure and vendor management as well.
Will work on the administration or change benefits, health plans for the employees.
Will support the HR department for assessing the training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Aligned to work on all the daily operations of the HR department which include, employee engagement, welfare and organising company events.
Your professional and personal profile:
Completed university degree, preferably in HR Professional or similar field of study.
You already have 3-5 years of experience in HR profession.
A proven track record of success in leading HR Department team
Applied knowledge in various job portal, employee referrals and other mode of hiring.
Professional experience with bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
International experience especially with headquarters organizations in Germany is an advantage.
