The Role
Recruitment, Selection onboarding
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent for diverse group.
Understanding and executing staffing requisition requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
Facilitating hiring manger by screening /filtering the appropriate candidate applications.
Scheduling interview conducting the background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Creating offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.
Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment.
Counseling and facilitating candidates in the areas of concerns by explaining them the compensation structure benefit schemes.
Completing onboarding formalities ensuring the complete induction program for new recruitments.
Learning Development
Identifying training needs across levels through skill matrix, role matrix, PMS feedback Gap analysis
Preparation of Training Calendar
Developing Annual Training Budget and plan along with functional heads and program managers
Conducting in House Training as per Training Calendar coordinating with holding for external or nominating VT employees for the training conducted by local training academy.
Evaluating the effectiveness of Training Programs.
Ensuring the employees complete the mandatory training hours and maximize the use of Learning Link LinkedIn learning.
Performance Management
Launch the relevant performance forms through HRIS system.
Train facilitate material to internal stake holders.
Ensure the goals are set and effective use of available digit performance management tools.
Succession Planning Talent Review
Facilitate the talent review process.
Ensure to deliver proper training and feedback to the line manager to carry out the talent review process.
Ensure that the Early carrier and critical roles have IDP and succession plan in place.
Facilitate required resource and training to the HIPO talents.
Record maintain data and monitor the progress of talent review.
Compensation and benefits.
Monthly compensation input sharing and coordinating with the local payroll team .
HR data Management Attrition Analysis
Maintain employee data into HRIS system personal file records.
Conducting the exit interviews and factor analysis.
Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning to improve employee satisfaction through employee engagement involvement programmers.
Statutory compliances
Liasioning with the Holding HR for Statutory boards for completion of statutory compliances.
Ensure on time payment of statutory compliance in coordination with the payroll team.
Maintain all records as per statutory requirements.
