Job Title- HR Executive
Department -Human Resources
Location - Pune
Job Role
Talent Acquisition:
• Handle the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e. sourcing to salary negotiation.
• Well versed with Job Portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn etc.
• Post jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
• Understand the Job Description & source as per the requirements.
• Screen the sourced profiles and schedule potential candidate interviews.
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in
question.
• Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a
pool of candidates.
• Conduct Aptitude Tests as per the Profile requirement.
• Coordinate for Operations and HR Round with the respective managers.
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews and sharing real-time
feedback.
• Coordinate with shortlisted candidates as per the hiring process.
• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain recruitment data on Companys HRMS.
Induction & On Boarding:
• Conduct the Induction program to make the new joiners understand about the
Company Policies & Procedures.
• Get the required forms filled by the new joiners as per the Company Policies.
Documentation:
• Handle employee documentation process.
• Maintain various trackers as per the process requirement.
• Prepare various employee letters such as Offer letter, Appointment letter,
Confirmation letter etc.
Payroll Management:
• Maintain various MIS for salary purpose.
• Assist the manager for salary creation.

Communication:
• Coordinate & assist the manager for various HR activities.
• Effectively communicate with the team for various Employee Engagement activities.
• Coordinate for PF and ESIC with the vendor.
• Ensure effective interaction with the employees whenever required.
Skills & Education:
• Master Degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
• A minimum 2-3 years of experience in Generalist role.
• Expertise in mass recruitment, experience of recruitment in Life Science domain will
be preferred.
• Excellent communication and People Skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Job Portals.
• Self-motivation, able to work independently as well in a team.
• Pro-active and problem-solving attitude.
