A. Recruitment
1 Search Candidates based on job description of particular position.
2 Scheduling & organising Interviews of shortlisted Candidates.
3 Working out the offer of candidates& getting it approved from Management.
4. Data Management in terms of candidates search,interviews ,shortlisting & Selection etc.
B. Payroll
1 Validating inputs of attendance, overtime,outdoor duties, leave etc of Staff & Contract labour every month.
2 Payroll run in the ERP system
3 Seeking approval of the management for salary.
C Statutory Compliance
1 PF,ESCI, PT compliance
2 Various renewals related to factory
D Administration
1 Looking After Housekeeping
2 Security Administration
3 Transportation
