Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
Handle Recruitment Practices such as sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, creating profile synopsis for managers review,
completing phone screening, scheduling in-person interviews.
Able to close bulk-hiring.
Hands-on experience using various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, IIM Jobs, etc.
Cold calling for sourcing.
Build strong relationships with the hiring managers.
Desired Candidate
Excellent communication - oral and written.
Min. 1 Yr. of experience in BPO Hiring.
Looking for a smart, experienced candidate from an HR Recruitment background
Able to close the positions on time.
Proactive, Team Player, Smart, and Diligent
Working from home is not encouraged.
Shift Timing: 1 pm - 10 pm & fixed Saturday-Sunday off.
